
Thomas Gross has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of business transactions. Mr. Gross began his legal career in 1989 with the law firm of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart (a national firm of approx. 800 attorneys). At Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, he represented both public and private companies in a number of sophisticated business transactions. Mr. Gross joined the San Jose based law firm of Berliner Cohen in 1998. At Berliner Cohen, he represented many individuals and businesses in Silicon Valley. After spending several years at these law firms, Mr. Gross recently opened his own law offices so that he could better serve the needs of Silicon Valley businesses.
