Cote D'Ivoire Mining and Cocoa Cooperation is referenced in emails such as the one below that appear to be fraudulent or bogus. If you get a similar e-mail, you should ignore it. Do not contact anyone listed on the email or give out any personal information. Never pay any fees of any kind. Do not cash any of their checks as they may be forged or stolen. Even though a check may initially clear your account, it may bounce several weeks later and you can be held responsible and even face criminal charges. Good Day,
I am christopher Yves,20 years old , a student of high insitution and the only son of my parents late Mr Clement Yves a former acting General co-ordinator of Cote D'Ivoire Mining and Cocoa cooperation. I am contacting you to seek your kind assistance to Claim and invest US$18 million belonging to my late father which he deposited in a Security Company here in Abidjan as African Arts for Export . This money is a Revenues from solid minerals and Cocoa sales which were made during my father's Tenure immediately before the out-break of Rebel War in my country.During the heat of the civil war in my country (Cote D'Ivoire) Many top government officials and senior army officers were selected and assassinated including my father who was a key target because of his sensitive position and appointment in the Government. Regrettably, my father late Mr Clement Yves was captured and murdered along with his Younger brother in cold-blood during a mid-night rebel shoot-out .Because of the suden death of my father My mother could'nt withstand it, she fall sick and died last year June 2008 Now I am alone as an orphan with the Deposit Documents of the trunk box containing the money in my pocession . I urgently need an assistance (foreign partner) who will help me to claim the trunk box from the security company as my late father's foreign business partner . If you are willing to assist me, please let me know immediately so that I will send to you all the information’s relating to the deposit of the box and contact information of the security company to enable you open up communication and arrange with the Security Company on how to Claim the Box, I am interested in any profitable commercial venture which you consider very good in your country where you will invest the money and you would also get a school for me, so that I can finish my education. Please there is urgent need for the money to be Claimed because of the political crises here and to avoid excess dumorage .
