These emails appear to be fraudulent or bogus. The European Community Humanitarian Aid Office (ECHO) is almost certainly not involved nor likely to approve the use of its name in the e-mails. Scammers often use the names of legitimate banks, companies, governmental agencies and other organizations to make their claims seem legitimate. If you get an e-mail that is similar to one in our collection, you should delete it. Do not contact the person and especially do not give out personal information such as bank account information or your social security number. NEVER pay any fees of any kind. The European Community Humanitarian Aid Department [ECHO], London, has vacancies and is recruiting Liason Officers [LO's] and Special Funding Partners [SFP's] to assist the commission in the funding of its projects in the third world countries which includes humanitarian assistance, economic rehabilitation, democratisation and human rights projects, research and training, grants, medical teams and equipment, medicines, tents, food, various kinds of emergency equipment, diesel generators and fuel, etc.

Job location is in all States of the USA.

Through ECHO funding, some 18 million people are helped each year in more than 60 countries through 200 partners (NGOs, ICRC, and UN agencies like the UNHCR and the WFP). The Humanitarian Aid Office spends more than €500 million a year on financing humanitarian projects.Through ECHO, the European Commission spends on the average € 608 million per year on humanitarian aid. Targeted this period are aids to countries in West Africa and Asia.

THE ASSIGNMENT:-

- assist the ECHO receive financial and material donations from donors in the USA on behalf of the ECHO and forward same to the representatives of these groups in any of the above 4 countries as shall be instructed by the EU Commissioner, London. The assignment is divided into two classes:-

i] Liason Officers [LO] ii] Special Funding Partners [SFP]

WHO IS ELIGIBLE:-

- [a] individuals above 18 [employed, unemployed, students, etc]....{LO's}

- [b] owners of companies / businesses / Properties, etc., and those with registered businesses yet to commence business....{SFP}

REWARD PACKAGE:-

- for [a], the ECHO, London, approved a Monthly pay of $520 [paid after a 30-day circle] in addition to a 10% Commission for every donation received by you on behalf of the ECHO with estimated earnings of about $300 weekly. Donations are usually mailed to the LO's by donors.

- for [b], owners of companies / businesses / properties who qualify to receive this larger form of donations on behalf of ECHO are rewarded with percentage deductions of the large donations received, which funds / increases their business capital and expands their operations.

Please note that your assignment doesnt require any personal expense on your part whatsoever, as all expenses are chargeable to the ECHO. These assignments requires diligence and integrity.
