Dear Beloved One,

I am Dr. Johnny D. Ade, the Director of Nigerian Stock Exchange Council (NSEC). I must also not fail to apologise to you for any embarrasement my letter might cause you as we have not met or known each other before.

I visited your country recently on official duty and was enthriled with what I saw of your country and her level of development. As a matter of fact, since my arrival from that trip to your country, I have been contemplating buying properties in that good country but lacked a reasonable and reliable contact with developers on real estate/property developers there. I will be delighted if you assist me in locating a nice residential house for sale at the cost of between $10,000,000.00 Us Dollars (Ten Million United State Dollars) in a high brow elite area. I intend to live there with my family after my retirement soon. You will also benefit from this transaction so long as you keep it absolutely confidential.

As soon as you find a suitable house for sale kindly reply me through my email address above. I will entrust to you all aspects of the purchase to avoid scandal. since you will be fronting for me, I would want you to keep this dealings confidential. As a civil servant, you are to ensure that confidentiality is our watchdog during the course of this transaction. I have resolved to give you or whosoever, 25% commission of the total value of any property I buy through your efforts and assistance and for keeping the deal strickly confidential. Besides, I will make you as well my Investment partner in all my transaction in your country.

I will invite you to SouthAfrica or any African country as soon as a suitable property is recommended by you. Your visit will give us the benefit of commencing the relationship and an opportunity for you to collect the cash to pay for the house on my behalf.

Swift response is higly solicited.

Best Regards, Dr. Johnny D. Ade.
