Microsoft U-K Online Lottery was referenced in unsolicited emails that appear to be fraudulent or bogus. Microsoft is almost certainly not involved nor likely to approve the use of its name in the e-mails. Scammers often use the names of legitimate lotteries or companies to make their claims seem legitimate. This site contains a large collection of scam and hoax e-mails. Lottery scam emails are those that attempt to scam the recipient into sending money in order to claim lottery winnings in lotteries that were never entered into.
