Lottery Scam E-mails

Royal Dutch Staatsloterij was referenced in unsolicited emails that appear to be fraudulent or bogus.  Royal Dutch is almost certainly not involved nor likely to approve the use of its name in the e-mails.  Scammers often use the names of legitimate lotteries or companies to make their claims seem legitimate.  If you get an e-mail that is similar to one in our collection, you should delete it.  Do not give out personal information.  NEVER pay any fees of any kind.  A legitimate lottery does not ask this.  If you are victimized by the fraud, there is little that you can do. You may want to visit other sites to learn more.
