Shell/Texaco Lottery was referenced in unsolicited emails that appear to be fraudulent or bogus. Our website contains a large collection of scam and hoax e-mails. Lottery scam emails are those that attempt to scam the recipient into sending money in order to claim lottery winnings in lotteries that were never entered into.
