Our Rates

We strive to lower your legal bills in several ways:

We discuss fees up front and only bill you for services that you have authorized. Before we provide any services to you, we discuss the scope of work with you and provide you a realistic estimate of the fees involved. Sometimes, we can offer a fixing pricing plan if requested. We have heard the horror stories involving some other firms where clients have gotten bills many times what was expected. Many larger firms put lawyers under intense billable hour pressure. This may create an incentive for those attorneys to create work that was neither requested nor desired by the client. Our attorneys are not under any billable hour pressure and we believe that performing unauthorized work or bill padding of any form is unacceptable. Our goal is complete client satisfaction. We want our clients to be happy and to refer more work to us.

We are efficient at what we do. We are a firm that is focused on business and corporate law. That allows us to be more efficient in what we do. Unlike many small firms that try to do everything, we prefer to keep our practice focused so that we can do our job well and efficiently.

We don't train new attorneys and bill you for that. One common complaint about the larger firms is that unless you are one of their star clients, you will probably end up with a young attorney managing your legal matter. If so, this attorney is probably still learning on the job, under billing pressure and may have little incentive to reign in your legal fees. His or her work will also require supervision by one or more other attorneys which will also add to your bill. Our firm has attorneys with many years of experience, who work efficiently and under no billing pressure.

While our attorneys have top credentials and experience at major law firms, we keep our rates competitive with smaller law firms. Large firms often tout how accomplished and smart their attorneys are in order to justify their rates. Small firms often tout how they are more affordable and more accessible to obtain their business. Our firm provides the advantages of both. Our attorneys have top academic credentials and have spent several years at some of the most prestigious law firms in the nation. Despite our big firm credentials and pedigree, our pricing model is competitive with solo attorneys and small firms.

We reward our best clients. We want to make our clients happy and have them refer more work to us. We have billing plans that reward our best clients.

Our billing rates are competitive. Our rates are very competitive. Our rates are especially attractive when compared with the rates of attorneys at larger firms with similar experience and credentials. We will be happy to discuss our specific rates with you during our initial consultation.

We have flexible plans. Because of our size and the lack of bureaucracy, we are able to accept some payment flexibility on a case by case basis. The time to request flexible payment arrangements is at the time of the initial consultation.
